LAUNCH A ROCKET!

Become a real space engineer, learn about the structure of rockets and design your own that you will launch!
During this class we will learn what’s inside a typical rocket, why rockets fly and what fuel they burn. We will answer questions like “What are the differences between an airplane, a rocket and a space shuttle?”, “What is Newton’s Third Law?”, “What are the different parts of a rocket?” and “Why do rockets land back on Earth for several years now?”. We will learn about the structure of spacecraft too.

Children will have the opportunity to take a closer look at a cross-section model of a rocket and a rocket engine. They will get acquainted with models of the most widely used rockets today.

Kids will design and build their own rockets which they will launch during the lesson. They will also receive the necessary  knowledge to launch a bigger water bottle rocket during graduation day.
